Some Words I Learned Last Week:
Pebbles - Rocks, stones, in beaches - [Rounded stones worn smooth by the action of water, so they appear in watterfalls, beaches, rivers etc.]
Litter - Where you put the trash, trash can
Chives - Like spirng onions but mildder
Shutter - The thing that opens to allow the light coming into the camera
Laces - A cord or ribbon used to draw and tie together two opposite edges, as of a shoe.

Some Useful Stuff:
One of the most important lesons I'm having is to speak to everyone, talk, and try to catch their accent, the way they speak could be very different of what you think.
Ask your teacher, your friends, your host family anything you don't know the meaning, and how to pronounce.
